The Scourer will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchens and food preparation areas. This includes ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and equipment is in good working order.
Responsibilities
Deep clean kitchen areas to meet hygiene standards.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness in food preparation areas.
Assist in organizing cleaning schedules and supplies.
Work closely with kitchen staff for seamless operations.
Ensure proper use of chemicals and equipment.
Keep records of cleaning tasks completed.
Participate in team meetings to suggest improvements.
Identify areas for improvement in cleaning protocols.
Maintain personal hygiene and workplace standards.

Requirements
Education
Grade 10 or equivalent
Experience
1+ years experience in a similar role preferred.
