Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for addressing queries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a keen ability to solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Document customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role
