Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll provide top-notch service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while processing orders.
  • Educate customers on usage guidelines and product features.
  • Work with the customer support team to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 or higher
  • Certification in customer service or related field is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support
