Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a crucial role in our HR team. You'll be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our growth. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and your ability to connect with candidates will be key in securing the best talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment strategy sessions with the HR team and department heads.
  • Identify and leverage diverse channels for sourcing candidates.
  • Assess job applications and shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate skills.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on recruitment strategies to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and recruitment legislation.
  • Maintain metrics on recruitment funnel and key performance indicators.
  • Promote an inclusive hiring process and help meet diversity goals.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment trends to enhance practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR
