Job Description

We are currently looking for a diligent Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher at Culinary Delights Ltd., you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring a smooth operation of our culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and countertops.
• Effectively dispose of garbage and other waste materials.
• Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking when required.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Kitchen Manager.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Participate in training sessions and follow best practices.
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Contribute to a positive kitchen culture and atmosphere.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations
• Ability to Operate Kitchen Equipment

Soft Skills

• Physical Stamina
• Multi-tasking Ability

Advantageous

• Knowledge of food safety regulations: Understanding of hygiene and safety in food handling.
• Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen: Experience working in busy food service environments.
