• Create detailed itineraries for each event, managing schedules effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate trends in the event industry to stay competitive.
• Attend events to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operation.
• Develop contingency plans to handle potential issues or emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and guidelines.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Management or similar field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
