We are looking for a talented Web Designer to join our creative team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces. You will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing websites that align with client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design efforts for multiple web projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess design effectiveness and improve the user experience.
• Develop prototypes and wireframes for website layouts.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to align web design with promotional campaigns.
• Train and mentor junior designers in best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Web Development or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in web design and development

Technical Skills

• Responsive Design
• User Experience Design (UX)
• Wireframing and Prototyping

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of UX research methods: Experience in conducting research to improve user interfaces.
