Job Description

As our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our warehouse in Durban. You will lead a team, streamline processes, and ensure that we meet all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
• Review and optimize supply chain processes for maximum efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the warehouse operations.
• Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Prepare reports on warehouse productivity and inventory status.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Relevant leadership training is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a warehouse management role

Languages

• English: Fluent
