Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a knack for engaging audiences on social media, developing effective community strategies, and fostering brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Build brand awareness and community loyalty through social media initiatives.
  • Create and curate content tailored for different platforms.
  • Engage with users and moderating discussions to foster a positive environment.
  • Analyze engagement metrics to refine community strategies.
  • Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Develop comprehensive social media campaigns to drive community interaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified marketing message.

  • Identify opportunities for collaboration within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in community management or social media marketing
