We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to lead our Pretoria operations and enhance our operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be skilled in strategising and implementing efficient processes while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage day-to-day operations to drive success.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Monitor key performance indicators and create reports for senior management.
• Implement and refine processes to improve product delivery timelines.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance throughout operations.
• Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to adapt to market demands.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Operations Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in operations management
