Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.
  • Manage staffing needs, including recruitment and training of new employees.
  • Handle customer service issues and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Track inventory and manage ordering to reduce food costs.
  • Analyze financial data to enhance profitability.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to innovate and improve menu items.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Foster a culture of respect and teamwork among employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar roles
