Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement guest service programs.
• Manage inventory and procurement of hotel supplies.
• Monitor compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Address guest inquiries and provide assistance.
• Coordinate special events and functions within the hotel.
• Evaluate and improve hotel policies for efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Work closely with finance to manage the hotel budget.
• Ensure staff adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Hospitality Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality industry, including management roles

• Event Planning

Certifications

• Hospitality Management Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
