Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care in a patient-centered environment.
• Manage dental emergencies and provide immediate care when required.
• Monitor the health and progress of patients' dental health.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and knowledge.
• Work with insurance companies to assist patients with coverage questions.
• Foster positive relationships with patients to encourage return visits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry
• Additional dental certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a dental practice

Technical Skills

• Clinical Dentistry
• Oral Surgery

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate

Advantageous

• Experience with digital dentistry tools: Familiarity with digital impression systems and CAD/CAM technology.
• Bilingual: Knowledge of Xhosa or Zulu is an advantage.
