Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee our adherence to legal standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and expertise in compliance management, enabling them to mitigate risks and ensure our company operates within legal boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into reported compliance violations.
• Identify areas for compliance improvement.
• Assist in the development of a formal compliance training program.
• Work with external auditors during compliance reviews.
• Ensure all compliance data is reported accurately and timely.
• Foster strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and maintain a compliance calendar for audits and regulatory deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Audit, or a related field
• Relevant compliance certifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience working in compliance roles
