Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender

Job Description

We are actively seeking skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our team. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating machinery to produce aggregates essential for construction. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are a must.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate crushing machinery to process rocks and other materials.
• Adjust equipment settings to control quality and quantity of materials produced.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery involved in the crushing process.
• Evaluate production rates and make adjustments to optimize output.
• Implement safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Document production reports and maintenance logs.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety.
• Ensure the work area is kept clean and free of hazards.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating and maintaining crushing equipment in a mining or quarrying environment.
