Job Description

As our Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success through strategic planning, risk management, and effective communication with all parties involved. Your leadership will be essential in fostering collaboration and ensuring timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project life cycle from initial planning through to final construction.
• Regulate resources and information to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Implement effective communication strategies for stakeholder management.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and quality of work.
• Assist in procurement processes and liaise with suppliers.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.
• Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements for future endeavors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
