You will be responsible for designing unique event concepts, managing logistics, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of event planning from conception to execution.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure best pricing.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all clients before, during, and after events.
• Develop event marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
• Manage event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and event setup.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Hospitality

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in corporate event planning

Technical Skills

• Social Media Marketing

Certifications

• Event Planning Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
