Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a vital role in enhancing production processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective manufacturing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive efficiency improvements through methodical process development.
  • Lead projects focused on reducing waste and improving product quality.
  • Engage in time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks in production.
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices within the team.
  • Identify and troubleshoot quality control issues as they arise.
  • Create documentation for all manufacturing processes and improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement feedback into production processes.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials for production staff.
  • Regularly monitor compliance with local and international safety standards.
  • Identify training needs and deliver training sessions to staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
