We are searching for an ambitious Industrial Engineer to enhance our operational efficiency in Gqeberha. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, propose engineering solutions, and implement best practices that align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve operational efficiency across departments.
• Develop cost estimates and budgets for engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide training and support to staff on engineering processes.
• Engage with suppliers to optimize manufacturing inputs.
• Conduct root cause analyses to troubleshoot engineering issues.
• Implement automation and technology solutions to enhance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement
