We are seeking a passionate Pet Groomer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in grooming various breeds of dogs and cats, ensuring they leave our salon looking and feeling their best. You will be responsible for bathing, cutting, and styling pets according to their specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-grooming assessments of each pet's condition.
• Use grooming equipment safely and effectively.
• Educate pet owners on grooming maintenance between appointments.
• Attend ongoing training and development workshops.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in pet grooming or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the pet grooming industry

Technical Skills

• Grooming Equipment Proficiency
• Animal Behavior Understanding

Certifications

• Certified Master Groomer

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
