We are looking for a passionate Financial Planner to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning, excellent communication skills, and a client-centric approach. This role involves assessing clients' financial needs, creating personalized financial plans, and offering strategies to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Engage clients through active listening to understand their needs.
• Recommend appropriate financial products and investment options.
• Facilitate estate planning discussions and strategies.
• Conduct follow-up meetings to assess plan effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Offer mentorship and support to junior financial planners.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote financial services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master’s degree in Finance or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in wealth management

Technical Skills

• Risk Management
• Portfolio Management

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Client Relationship Management

Certifications

• Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
• Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
