Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Your mission will be to support customers in their journey with our products, providing insights and driving value to enhance their experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with our offerings, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor customer solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and progress.
  • Identify and share best practices to improve customer engagement.
  • Analyze usage data and create reports for customer insights.
  • Foster a culture of customer advocacy within the organization.
  • Assist in developing customer success strategies that align with business objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Business or related area preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer success with proven track record

Certifications
  • Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) is a plus
