Job Description

We are actively seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Cape Town location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and exceptional at providing customer service. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, while also ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the support process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer issues from initial contact through resolution.
  • Provide solutions and educate customers on best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Assist in identifying trends in customer inquiries and issues.
  • Contribute to team meetings to discuss support strategies.
  • Share knowledge with team to foster a supportive environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical support
