Job Description

We are seeking a driven Public Health Advisor to help us improve community health through strategic programs. Your expertise will be vital in assessing health needs and designing impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to improve public health in communities.
• Design comprehensive health programs targeting specific populations.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
• Interpret epidemiological data to guide public health interventions.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans for health initiatives.
• Present health findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for community health workers.
• Advocate for health policy changes and resource allocations.
• Document and report on project progress and outcomes.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and government agencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
• Master's degree in Public Health is strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in public health program management
