Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Administrator to oversee administrative functions in our healthcare facility in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will manage operations, implement policies, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all administrative operations of the healthcare facility.
  • Create and implement operational policies to improve patient care.
  • Facilitate effective communication among healthcare staff.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare laws and ethical standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews and staff evaluations.
  • Ensure timely reporting of health care statistics and data.
  • Coordinate outreach and community health initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience handling healthcare operations
