Responsibilities

• Design testing strategies to ensure optimal performance and usability across applications.
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolve software issues with a focus on user experience.
• Collaborate in Agile development environments to promote QA best practices.
• Assist in the development of automated testing solutions for efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior QA specialists in testing protocols and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance processes

Technical Skills

• Automation Tools (Selenium, QTP)
• Database Querying (SQL)

Soft Skills

• Strategic Thinking
• Team Player

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools: Proficient in using project management tools for tracking progress.
