Compliance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and internal policies within our Durban office. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance management, risk assessment, and a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the compliance function and develop appropriate policies and procedures.
• Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance frameworks are integrated.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
• Maintain compliance documentation and records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, or a related field
• Certification in Compliance or Risk Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience relevant to compliance and regulatory affairs

Technical Skills

• Policy Development
• Compliance Reporting

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
• International Compliance Association (ICA) Diploma

Languages

• English: Fluent
