Join our Johannesburg team as a Compliance Officer, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. This position involves developing compliance programs, monitoring regulations, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review and update compliance documentation and policies regularly.
• Attend relevant conferences and seminars to stay updated on compliance best practices.
• Develop compliance metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs.
• Support the Compliance Manager in conducting investigations into compliance violations.
• Contribute to the improvement of compliance systems and controls.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree or additional compliance certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance management
