Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Planner to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have the ability to conceptualize and coordinate events of all sizes, ensuring exceptional experiences for our clients. You will manage the planning process from start to finish, coordinating logistics, vendors, and budget management while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement creative event themes and memorable experiences.
  • Direct and resolve on-site issues during events to maintain high standards.
  • Track project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Utilize event planning software to streamline processes and maintain organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or Hospitality
