Automatic Oven Operator

Job Description

The Automatic Oven Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the automatic ovens to ensure consistent production of high-quality baked goods. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Adjust oven temperatures and baking times as necessary.
• Ensure product quality and consistency through regular checks.
• Perform routine maintenance on ovens and report any issues.
• Assist with other production tasks as required.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to improve production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No previous experience required, training will be provided.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a baking or food production environment: Hands-on experience in a similar role is preferred.
