The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, management skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily administrative operations and supervision of staff.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws and regulations.
• Assess the quality of patient care and implement improvements.
• Implement policies for efficient healthcare delivery.
• Lead efforts to increase patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
• Prepare and manage budgets for the healthcare facility.
• Facilitate communication across departments to enhance collaboration.
• Review and analyze operational performance metrics.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Public Health or Healthcare Management is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare administration roles
