Job Description

We are actively seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to managing warehouse activities. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize all warehouse processes.
  • Manage the inventory control system to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Train and evaluate warehouse associates to improve productivity.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all company policies and regulations are followed.
  • Foster a positive and safe working environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Logistics or Business Management
  • Advanced certifications in logistics preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience
