We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to manage all aspects of the dining experience at XYZ Company. This role includes overseeing host/hostess staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing reservation systems.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the front-of-house team.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures for service.
Optimise guest relations to enhance service delivery.

Monitor restaurant financials, including labor and supply costs.

Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
