Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to manage all aspects of the dining experience at XYZ Company. This role includes overseeing host/hostess staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing reservation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for service.
  • Optimise guest relations to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and feedback.
  • Monitor restaurant financials, including labor and supply costs.
  • Implement staff training and development programs.
  • Develop marketing strategies to boost restaurant visibility.
  • Collaborate with management to improve service processes.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
