Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our hotel operations in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction while managing hotel staff and resources effectively. This role requires a dynamic leader who can implement strategies to improve service quality and boost operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive hotel occupancy.
• Review and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Establish positive relationships with guests and handle complaints effectively.
• Implement training programs for staff development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel setting
