Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of event planning and execution, from venue selection to logistics management. You will be responsible for ensuring successful events that meet our clients’ objectives and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Design event layouts and coordinate the setup of audio-visual and lighting equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Manage social media and digital marketing efforts related to events.
  • Prepare event materials, including agendas, programmes, and signage.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
