We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain activities, ensuring seamless operations from procurement to distribution.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the supply chain flow from procurement to distribution.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance and metrics.
• Identify potential supply chain disruptions and implement preventive measures.
• Facilitate training for the supply chain team on best practices.
• Engage in forecasting and demand planning activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Management
• MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles

Technical Skills

• Logistics Coordination
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Forecasting

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Negotiation

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with logistics software tools: Preferably familiar with software that enhances logistics capabilities.
