Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our development team, focusing on testing and validating software applications to maintain high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test cases based on software specifications.
• Work in an Agile environment, attending daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
• Evaluate and suggest tools and techniques for improving the QA process.
• Maintain a high level of communication with product owners and stakeholders.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback on usability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during testing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a quality assurance role with a focus on software testing

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• Postman

• Team Collaboration
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiar with JIRA or similar tools: Experience in using JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
• Experience with performance testing tools: Knowledge of tools like JMeter for performance testing.
