Responsibilities

• Conduct patient counseling and provide drug information.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles.
• Involve in formulary management and medication therapy management.
• Ensure the pharmacy is compliant with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide support for pharmacy management in logistics and administration.
• Foster relationships with local healthcare providers and specialists.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualification in Pharmacy Practice is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in clinical pharmacy practice

• Compounding Skills

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Pharmacist

Languages

• English: Fluent
