Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Durban. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of guest service, and developing innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee hotel operations for maximum efficiency.
  • Implement training programs for staff to enhance communication and service skills.
  • Manage guest relations to ensure all customer complaints are resolved proactively.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement enhancements.
  • Develop promotional strategies to increase hotel occupancy.
  • Collaborate with external partners for marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are preferred

  • 5+ years management experience in a hospitality setting
