Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute large-scale catering events, from initial consultation to event day.
  • Manage all catering logistics, including setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Evaluate catering operations and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring of catering staff.
  • Develop relationships with clients to tailor services to their needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Management or Hospitality
  • Additional certifications in event management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume catering services
