Job Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic Online Tutor to join our team in Durban. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to students across various subjects, helping them to achieve their academic goals with flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver subject-specific knowledge effectively during online tutoring sessions.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of tutoring methods and adjust as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and share best practices.
• Provide motivational support to students to enhance their learning experiences.
• Stay updated with curriculum changes and new educational tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant discipline
• Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an educational setting
