Job Description

As a Hand Collator, you will play a vital role in assembling and sorting printed materials efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining quality control by inspecting items and ensuring they are correctly sequenced.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the collation and assembly process to maximize productivity.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide feedback on potential improvements in the assembly line process.
• Train new staff on collation procedures and safety measures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No previous experience required, but experience in manual labor roles is advantageous.
