Job Description

As a Profile Trimmer, you will be responsible for cutting and trimming extruded profiles to precise specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to operate various cutting machinery. You will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for trimming and cutting operations.
• Monitor machine operations and perform necessary adjustments.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in training new staff on safe operation of machines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certificate in manufacturing or equivalent is a preference

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Experience with cutting tools and machinery
• Quality control knowledge

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn new techniques and processes
