Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to develop, implement, and oversee our supply chain operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics, procurement, and inventory management, enabling them to enhance our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics network to ensure seamless product flow.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Optimize warehouse operations to improve space utilization and efficiency.
• Train and develop supply chain staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Negotiate freight contracts to achieve cost-effective transport solutions.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
• Lead process improvement projects to streamline operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or relevant field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain roles

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
