Job Description

The Stapling Machine Operator plays a crucial role in our production team by setting up and operating stapling machines to meet production targets. This position requires a keen eye for detail, as the operator is responsible for ensuring that products are correctly stapled and adhere to our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate stapling machines to assemble documents and printed materials.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before and after stapling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production schedules are met.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Document production data and report on machine performance.
• Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent

Experience

• No previous experience required, although experience working with machinery is advantageous.

Technical Skills
