As a Roller Setter, you will play a crucial role in setting up and adjusting rollers in machinery to ensure the efficient production of textile and apparel goods. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will be vital in maintaining high standards of production.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and operate machinery and rollers according to specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and perform necessary adjustments.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure product standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist the maintenance team in major repairs and overhauls.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and production metrics.
• Train and mentor new employees under the guidance of the production manager.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support logistics in managing roller supplies and equipment.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production challenges and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Higher education in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience
