Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse operations for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure that all goods are handled and stored in compliance with regulations.
• Implement inventory management systems to improve accuracy.
• Lead a team of warehouse staff and manage their daily schedules.
• Evaluate performance and suggest necessary changes to improve workflow.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and customers regarding stock levels.
• Conduct training on safety and operational procedures regularly.
• Evaluate warehouse layout and make suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Warehouse Management or Logistics

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or supply chain management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
