Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and optimal inventory management. With a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse functions to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, leading by example.
• Oversee the implementation of inventory control measures.
• Enhance operational workflows and processes for better productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate logistic activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare and manage warehouse budgets and cost control measures.
• Report on warehouse metrics and performance to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
• Certifications in inventory management or logistics are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and management

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
