Job Description

As a Returns Processor, you will be responsible for efficiently handling customer returns and exchanges. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle and record customer returns and exchanges.
  • Evaluate the condition of returned products and decide on necessary actions.
  • Update inventory logs and communicate with other departments regarding return processes.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding their return requests.
  • Adhere to established return policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze return trends to help improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with customer support to resolve return-related issues.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • CRM Software
