Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in talent acquisition and workforce planning.

• Advocate for employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies and compliance.
• Manage disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Ensure successful implementation of performance review processes.
• Collaborate with management on strategic HR planning.
• Create informative reports on HR activities and trends.
• Enhance the employee experience through tailored HR services.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
